"Vacation?" part IV (see previous posts. Be sure to read "when it rains..." post before reading this one)
Twelve hours after Michael and Mikie started throwing up, they began to feel better. The next morning, everyone was on the mend so we decided to go back to the Animal Kingdom and finish the other half of the park. I felt as if we were in a race against time and completely expected to be throwing up by the end of the day; but, God is good and his grace is sufficient! I remained healthy the rest of the trip. However, one member of our family wasn't so lucky; find out who in my upcoming post about day 9.

Mikie was excited to see his elephants. He kept saying, "Mommy, take a picture!"Here's a video of Zachary telling us about the "mingoes:"
Mikie didn't want his picture taken with Jiminy Cricket.
But he did cooperate for a picture with the animatronic elephant after watching the Lion King show.
The boys met Terk from Tarzan:
And they each got to choose a souvenir:
Zachary chose a zebra...
and of course Mikie wanted an elephant.
The weather was perfect and we ended our day with the parade. Mikie is waving to Pluto in this picture. We made it back to the hotel in time for dinner and ate at the restaurant in our hotel once more. Mikie insisted that he felt well enough to eat macaroni and cheese while Zach barely had 5 bites of anything and Michael tried the soup. I was reminded at 1:00 am why "mother knows best" is a phrase I should have used when Mikie was picking out his dinner entree. Luckily, I had one last change of sheets and didn't have to bother housekeeping again.
Health Update Day 7: Michael & Zachary-no appetite but not sick anymore, Mikie-poor choice at dinner causes one last vomiting incident in the middle of the night, Tracy- escaped the plague by God's grace!

The jeep safari looked fun. Loved Zachary's stuffed animal pick to match his shirt. Both boys shirts were cool!
